No new growth for months now

I adopted my Bambino in January 2022 and it was settling well even after a few months. I repotted to a larger pot where it is now on latest picture posted. I probably repotted sometime last summer. Come winter, I notice the condition of the plant has gone down hill. Now, one has no leaves and the other is barely holding on with two. What can I do to help them bounce back?
3ft to light, indirect
6โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
It's spring now so use fertiliser every month or 2 weeks , lots of sun light (indirect) and make sure that the soil is nice and moist and not like a swamp and wait till the soil is dry to water so yeah that's what I would do
Alocasia, from my understanding, can be VERY finicky. I would start by aerating the soil- sometimes it settles and lays too heavy on the roots. Maybe see about mixing in some perlite if you notice it not draining well. @BossMango may be on the right track as well- spring has sprung and it's time to fertilize!
@BossMango thank you, boss!
@plantingideas Iโ€™ll try that. Thanks!
