It's fungus: powdery mildew. You need to increase air circulation around the plant. Small fan beside would be good.

You may wipe it off, but without air circulation it's gonna grow back.

@Kadybug80 yes. You can make a mix of one part isopropyl alcohol and 3 parts water. Dip the paper towel in the solution and then gently wipe down the leaves. You may also consider checking there isn’t a wider issue like bugs. Spider mites which are known to form sort of a white webbing around the leaves.
