Is she dead?

My sansevieria samurai has been in stasis, for about 2 years now. No new growth. Ever. I'm seeing these rust-colored areas on a couple leaves, too. I changed her soil to a good succulent one. Her roots didn't look great but didn't look bad either. Any advice? #sansevieria #succulentsquad #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict

I would spray the roots down with hydrogen peroxide really well. A fungicide might be of use to try and treat the rust colored spots. Could be bacterial or fungal related. Ensure there’s good airflow and isolate from your other plants for now.
@S.ham13, thanks. Will do. I'll put her in a nice bright spot.
I put mine in spagamoss she is doing well
@wolfqueen of course! Also, if you haven’t given her any fertilizer yet, maybe that will help as well πŸ€—
That’s so odd, to have no new growth. She still looks alive, roots look ok. But the brown spots are concerning. How much light was it getting in its former spot? Do you think maybe it needed more light? You mentioned moving it to a nice bright spot, so that sounds promising. At my house I had a snake plant in a darkish window for a long time and it almost died. I have moved it to a window on the front of my house and we have some healthy new growth! I hope the same happens for your little snake plant in a bright location. Mine gets about 1-3 hours of full sun now(that’s wayyy more than it was getting) What is your lighting situation?
