I would say about 3-4 weeks. I wouldn't water your cactus at all until then.
Most cactus cuttings take about a month to grow roots, but it may take longer for some 😊

If you have him in a warm windowsill, preferably not in direct sunlight, water him liberally, and the roots should form sooner rather than later β˜ΊοΈπŸƒ
