What pests are eating this!

#ChineseHibiscus
3ft to light, indirect
10” pot
Last watered 9 months ago
Are there any drainage holes in the planter?
Maybe aphids? I just sprayed mine for these with neem oil.
@YouthfulChia69 Hello if your card reads right it definitely needs some direct sun preferably morning . It also says no drainage holes. This plant needs water to run right through. It looks like it’s overwatered I’m not so sure it’s a pest seeing you have it inside. Damage like that would be an outdoor issue like slugs ,crickets and a few other leaf miners . If it turns out that you replant don’t be intimidated by the roots all over looking like to many this is normal. I use to trim my roots back every second year by chopping around the soil .
