Shriveling string of bananas

Hi all, I was gifted this string of bananas about two months ago and she has mostly been thriving. Lots of new growth and plump leaves. She’s potted in a succulent/LECA mix in a glazed ceramic, however I will admit there are no drainage holes. I have found the soil type dries out easily however and I occasionally bring her outside for an hour or two (30Β° C) to help it dry out. I noticed some of her leaves were shriveled up the other day and I hadn’t given her a drink in a bit, so I checked the soil and gave her a nice watering. However, the issue hasn’t been resolved.

I did recently have to move her from my north-facing window with a grow light into a more dimly-lit room with a south facing window (quarantining during thrips treatment). Thinking that might be an issue?

My guesses are so far either 1) lack of light, 2) thrips 3) lack of drainageβ€”but truthfully I’ve been monitoring that closely.

Help! What do yall think?

Damage.

I have a string of pearls that did the same thing. I just had to water it. The shriveled leaves will not go back to normal so u should probably cut those off but i would say watering it would help prevent it from going further. You should also move it into a pot with drainage if possible
@Froggo_118 that actually makes sense. I think she went a little too long without water. And yeah, I’m thinking about putting her in a nursery pot instead. Thanks!!
