Repot, or funeral?
A few months ago this was a thriving hedgehog aloe, and I was cutting away excess growth as often as I could. Now itβs basically a wilted husk. All of the bottom growth has died off, and the main stalk is saggy and brown, so now itβs held up by chopsticks.
Some folks I asked IRL suggested the plant had grown too fast too quickly. So, is this a repotting situation, or do I need to cut my losses and start fresh?

Welcome to Greg, Luis! Sorry about your plant.
Have you thought about chopping-and-propping before the funeral?
The top of your plant looks good and I'm wondering if give it a good, swift, clean cut about the red line and allow it to dry, it might have a chance of rooting.
I would put it in a terracotta pot and put cactus mix in the pot- these plants like to dry out well and while it's rooting, it will not need as much water until the roots are established.

@sarahsalith thanks for the suggestion! Iβll give it a shot
@lividjellyfish lemme know how it grows.
Patience is the key- you can't make it hurry up and root; it'll take its time. As long as it's not looking much worse, you're on the right path. π€
