Flower Spike or Ariel Root?

#PhalaenopsisOrchid I’ve had Mary for almost 2 years and she has not changed much. So I moved her to the jungle a few months ago and today I saw this! I’m really hoping it’s the beginning of flower but I’m just not sure. Anyone out in planty land know? #GregGang #GreggersSupportingGreggers #OrchidLovers

In my opinion that definitely looks like a flower. The fact that its growing up instead on downwards is a sign, also roots are usually lighter in color and that one looks more similar to the leaf color. I would say that's probably a flowering in progress!
