How should I tend to my Succulents damage?
When I arrived home and began to check my new succulent more carefully, I noticed what looked like cuts, almost like someone just put clippers right to it. She looks very healthy, but the damage is still making me worry. A few of the limbs that have been cut seemed to have closed up nicely and should be fine. There's this one huge gash that I am worried about. What should I do?

I think it will likely callous fine on its own. If not, you may consider trimming that off to the base of the open wound.
I think the bigger concern is preventing it from reoccurring. I see you watered it a day ago, but how often do you water it? What soil are you using - any perlite/vermiculite or sand or whatnot? Do you get water on the leaves when you water it? If so, do you wipe it off?

@AdeptBluebroom I just bought this guy earlier today, I wasn't sure when they last watered it but I checked the roots and the soil and it all seemed fine, just very dry. I gave it some water a few minutes ago, not sure why it says I watered it yesterday I suppose I should change that. I water all my plants around the same time, usually I water them every 12-14 days. Looking at the soil it seems they used perlite in their soil, yes. I'm a little new to succulents, do you think I should be getting water on the leaves or just pour it into the soil or into the saucer?
Also thank you for the help as well.

I think a concern Iβd have is if thatβs fake moss, or just moss in general thatβs been stuck in there? Sometimes Iβve seen stores glue or stuff moss and fake flowers onto succulents and cacti for βdecorβ and appearance, but they often harm the plants quality of lifeβ¦ the moss may raise the risk of root rot because itβll hold water
As for the damage, it should be fine and itβll heal itselfβ I try to avoid getting water on leaves when watering my succulents. I bottom water them typically as well

@itsjordan thanks for the advice. Its real moss, I was planning on getting rid of it though when I repot. When I was checking the roots and soil earlier I made sure to check it, doesn't look like the store glued it in there or anything which is good. Thanks!!
@Br0k3nEy33z bottom watering, like setting the pot in a tub with a couple inches of water to let the water seep in from the saucer upwards, this usually takes a lot longer from what I understand. Like an hour or so, Iβve read. But is probably the best way to avoid getting water on the leaves.
I water from the top of the soil but sometimes I get my pink blush aloe a bit wet and I wipe it off carefully with a napkin or bit of paper towel after, anywhere I can see wetness on the leaves.
