Hi , thanks for you detailed reply. No I don’t use a humidifier. Where I live is 85% in winter and higher in summer although drier inside. Have it sitting on clay stones above water in a dish to increase humidity a bit. Spots are only on the top side but have since removed the leaves and trimmed off the spots for propagation. Left a leaf with a spot on it to see if it spreads , plan to try neem oil. Look a bit fuzzy around the solid centre. Where I got it is prone to pests which is frustrating when you buy a beautiful plant !
