Why are u using a pot with no drainage? Not ideal, and a fast candidate for root rot unless u have watering routine perfect.

Hopefully the soil is not too dense which will kill the roots by suffocating them. You can change that by adding perlite or orchid bark to the soil.

Get a well draining pot holes in the bottom.
