How to know when it’s time to upgrade to a bigger pot?

I just got Keanu Leaves last Friday and I’m not quite sure but it seems to me that its outgrowing the pot. Also a little worried because two of the stems are very sturdy, but the third one is kind of thin and weaker. Not sure if it’s the positioning of the grow light or not or if it’s because the plant was put in too small a pot to begin with? I’m a plant newbie so any advice is greatly appreciated 😊
6ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

When you see that the roots are sticking out of the drainage holes. This is the easiest way to determine if you need a bigger pot. Also, you can just pull out the plant from the pot - if you see that the roots filled in the whole pot inside- it is time for a bigger pot
