Hi Planty Peeps,

I just bought & repotted this Chlorophytum plant and was wondering if it’s ok to put a soil topper on?

I have Maifanitum and river rocks. I also have a bag of dried moss but it has a lot of dye. I could soak and rinse first.

It just looks naked rn and I’m afraid my cats might dig.

Yes! Putting rocks is totally fine! πŸ™Œ should help keep out pets and pests! Lol
If you bottom water you could put river rock on top of the soil, that would look really nice πŸ₯°
Ok, cool. Thanks!
Oh that plant is on my wishlist. It’s beautiful. I’ve used volcanic rock on plants and it works fine. Looks uniform but still natural
What a gorgeous looking plant. Going on my mental wishlist. I really need to write my list down lol
@MelissaF my wishlist is only in my mind… it changes constantly anyway πŸ˜‚πŸ’š
That’s a darling plant! Did you do the beadwork jewelry? I totally love it!
@Horve1 Thank you! I made the shelf/holder too :) I love to craft.
@EdmundG @MelissaF πŸ˜† Mine is on my phone in my notes but when I’m out plant shopping that goes out the window 😁 Like with this plant :) I found her at Home Depot
@Hypsie wow what a great find
