The transition between rainy day and sunny/full sun seems to be the issue, it is probably getting too much direct light. You could try putting it in a less bright spot, and then move it every few days closer to full sun for a smooth transition. Plants tend to get shocked when in new environments especially with big lighting changes, but it’ll perk back up once it is less overwhelmed by intense light

I plant mine in a south east flower bed and would water when droopy.. especially in the hot summer months. It would also get droopy when the weather would shift dramatically. If you can get her planted sooner rather than later, the happier she will be. I had mine come back for several years even with freezing winters!
