@clairsheart Your caladium needs high humidity indoors and outdoors. It requires medium indirect light. Your plant looks like it has scorch which means it’s over-exposed to light. I’d start with potting it in a small pot to keep the roots snug and making sure the pot rim isn’t over the lower inch of the trunk or primary stems. Invest in a vaporizing humidifier and keep it high when indoors. Light should not be direct -this includes led artificial light. Keep it medium and make sure you water with distilled water or rainwater only. Make sure your soil is well-draining and loose and chunky to avoid drowning the roots when you do water. Always remember that humidity is for leaves while water is for roots only. I hope that helps!
