Hiya πŸ‘‹ usually blackening on after leaves means either your soil is retaining too much moisture (she's a succulent so needs a really sandy, cactus mix) or you've accidentally splashed water on her leaf when watering and it hasn't evaporated quickly enough! I've killed like 4 of them so have learnt a LOT about what not to do! Lmfao πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€£πŸ€£ they don't like having wet leaves AT ALL and leaf rot sets in really quickly. Often it appears as little black "spots" on the leaves first.

I would snip that leaf off right away with snips or scissors that have been sterelised with isopropyl alcohol, and if you don't have one get a watering can with a very long, thin spout (this is mine! It was really cheap on Amazon 😊). Leaf rot, like any fungal infection, can spread to the rest of the plant (& aloe she'd leaves anyway as they grow so it's not a huge loss to take it off!) x

EDIT - Doh! πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Sorry I forgot the actually as that picture! Senior moment lmao 🀣
Hi Plant Parent, welcome to Greg!

I agree with @JenniB81 that it's usually a sign of over watering and your best bet it to snip off anything turning black.

From the angle it looks like there is only one plant in the pot and one or two leaves are turning so you may want/need to repot.
Totally agree with Ashley @PlantMompy (& just realised I forgot to say the same thing! Lol 🀣) I would also take her out of the pot and have a look at the rota in case you have root rot starting to set in (from the colour of that leaf it definitely could be!) xx
@JenniB81 I gently pulled her out of the soil and the roots stayed in the soil. I replanted but i think she may be lost…
Oh no!!! Definitely root rot then... Don't give up though! πŸ₯° She's not done just yet ..

Ok, you're going to need to remove the bottom leaves that are done for! Which will reveal a little bit of stem (it's easier with a bigger plant tbh but you can only work with what you've got!! Lol 🀣). You should probably just sit her out for a day or two to callous at the base of the stem. If you have rooting hormone gel/ powder put a little of that on the stem base (you can use regular old honey too! Though it is a little messy haha 🀣).

Put her in a new pot (definitely needs to be one with drainage!) with completely fresh succulent soil and gently water her in, making sure you don't splash her leaves with water. You'll need to make sure she's left to dry out entirely in between waterings and water is just the total enemy of aloes, I've found! Lol and... Pray?! πŸ™πŸ«£ She may not take... But she might just surprise you and start to form new roots! I would DEFINITELY give it a go πŸ₯° You've basically nothing to lose at this point have you? And the other leaves look pretty healthy from here!

Let us know what you end up deciding on (& if you do mannered to re-root her plz share pictures!! πŸ₯° It's so heartwarming when you manage to rescue a "hopeless" case! Lmao 🀣 xxx
