What's the redish brown fuzzy stuff?

Amiture question... Should I wipe this red fuzzy dust off my plant? I'm still learning about this one.

That looks like a Caladium lindenii magnifcum, not a zebra plant! They just have fuzzy stems. It normal. Just let it be 😀
