Unless the whole leaf has browned, it’s okay to leave it. To trim the brown tips off it’s just cosmetic. But if you snip off discolored leaves/etc, that will overall boost the health of your plants new growth and healthy leaves. Less of a nutrient waste, if you will!

It’s up to you! You can leave it as is if you’d like. Eventually new growth will just take over. But it doesn’t hurt to cut it off, and it does make the plant look nicer. Just make sure you leave a tiny strip of brown still on the leaf so that you’re not cutting off any healthy parts.
it’s not necessary but you can! it’s not bad for your plant unless the leaf is like more than half dead- in that case you should cut it off bc the plant would be concentrating energy on keeping that one alive when they could be using that for new growth.
