I dont usually cut the flower until it is well dead. Peace lollies will bloom best in bright indirect light. One of mi e has been flowering for over 2 months continually. The other, same window, got over watered by my daughter, and hasn't bloomed in 6 months. Trying to bring it back-we'll see.
@MasculineSedge Yes, peace lily flowers should be cut off at the base of the stem once they turn green, brown, or wilt. Cutting spent blooms helps the plant conserve energy and encourages new blooms to grow. Peace lilies can bloom again in spring and fall, often repeating the cycle with proper light, water, and fertilizer. To water a Peace lily properly, aim to keep the soil consistently moist but never soggy. These plants are famous "drama queens"β€”they will visibly droop when thirsty, but it is best to water them just before they reach that point. When to Water
The Finger Test: Stick your finger about one inch into the soil. If it feels dry, it is time to water. Check the Weight: A dry plant will feel much lighter when you lift the pot compared to one that is freshly watered. How to Water
Top Watering: Pour room-temperature water evenly around the base until it flows out of the drainage holes. Wait 15–30 minutes, then dump any excess water from the saucer to prevent "wet feet" and root rot. Bottom Watering: Place the pot in a sink or tray with an inch or two of water. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes to soak up moisture through the drainage holes, then remove it and let it drain. Water Quality: Peace lilies can be sensitive to chemicals like fluoride in tap water, which causes brown leaf tips. If possible, use distilled water, rainwater, or filtered water. Watering Frequency Factors
The exact schedule depends on your home’s environment:
Light: Plants in brighter, indirect light dry out faster and need more frequent watering.
Season: Water more often during the spring and summer growing seasons. Reduce frequency in winter when the plant is semi-dormant. Pot Material: Plastic pots retain moisture longer than terracotta pots. If your Peace lily is severely wilted, give it a deep soak (top and bottom). It should "resurrect" and perk back up within a few hours.
Thank you so much .

The plant has had worms ever since I bought it. What should I do about this? Is this normal, or is it harmful to the plant? I also sprayed it with neem oil three times this month, but the worms did not die. What steps should I take now? Thank you.
