Impatiens Wilting

I have my plant on my balcony and the top 1 inch soils is somewhat dry and the bottom is moist not drenching but wet I want to wait until the 2 inch is dry to water it again. The thing is that my plant is wilting I have her on the balcony where some sunlight hits directly but then it goes away with and it’s in shade. Should I move to full indirect sunlight and water it and monitor or what should I do.
Last watered 1 day ago
It may be more on the thirstier side
I’d leave it where it’s at since they tend to do better with morning light and just give it some more water. If that doesn’t work it could be a drainage issue and the soil is staying too moist
Thank you I became impatient with the impatiens so I moved her to the other side of the balcony she perked up a bit and it was sunny here earlier per the pictures and now it’s raining like crazy so i think im going to let the rain do the watering for now and keep an eye on her tomorrow.
