Sick Echeveria Colorata??

My echeveria colorata has been a bit sick for a while (like a week) and has been getting a lot worse. At first I thought Hope (plant) was just not getting enough sun, but her leaves have been getting black and wrinkled lately. For context, it started with yellowish squishy leaves that just fell off, but now it’s kind of orange (picture below; it’s hard to see). This is my first plant in a long long time and my first succulent, so I have no idea how to care for her. Is there any hope or should I just throw her away?

Sadly no, but it does have a half inch of space at the bottom where water usually goes and gets sucked up later - but thanks!!
