Hello! Welcome to the #GregGang. It looks like scale... You can use Captain Jack's Neem Max. I use it as a prevention spray.. But it's organic and gets wonderful reviews! I sure hope this helps! #PestsAndPlants it works excellent to get rid of gnats!! ðĶðŠīððĩð
