My plant has brown spots on the end of leaves. Thoughts?

Hi πŸ‘‹ @LadyAcajou6 That’s not a philodendron brasil. It’s a maranta leuconeura, one of the prayer plants. Browning leaf tips on maranta and calatheas are pretty common. Usually due to water quality issue, low humidity, over or underwatering, or potentially pests. What’s the soil like, wet or dry? Do you use regular tap water?
@LadyAcajou6 @MariansOasis is right! A maranta leuconeura var. kerchoveana also known as β€œRabbit Tracks.” To add to the list possible prayer plant brown tips, fungal infections are also quite common. If you let us know that info we can better help narrow it down!
Oh thank you I will corrrct. Maybe low humidity and crummy tap water. Thank you
@LadyAcajou6 I’ve had many of these in my plant journey and mine were always so picky. I would use distilled water with happy happy houseplant food. And they are humidity lovers (hard to do in AZ even with a humidifier). But this is only my experience. If you do use tap water there is something I use on Amazon called API water conditioner (I believe it’s the stress coat). Ive had a bottle for over a year, little goes a long way and every plants in ny oasis gets it.
First of all, ur plant isnt a Brazil so u need to ID it first before we can assess what the issue might be regarding wster/sun/etc needs
