It's an Aeonium Kiwi aka Aeonium Haworthii - they range color from medium to bright green (& sometimes vanilla-yellow cream) with reddish pink rims. It entirely depends on the climate and growing style. I've had mine change from canary yellow & bright pink to forrest green in as little as two months! They are a bit tricky... the prefer open air and direct sun but not too much heat. In my experince they prefer an ourdor location with 55-75 temps with partial to full outdoor sun - they can grow in different conditions but will react usually and go dormant at times... I love Aeoniums maybe beacause they are like cats - mysterious... and sometimes super extra π
