Repot in orchid Bark. Make sure you donโ€™t have any dirt/soil/rot reside left on it though. Donโ€™t cut anything off unless itโ€™s hard like a stick. The outer layer is just a protecting layer over the โ€œfingersโ€ that are what the plant needs. So unless itโ€™s shriveled and dead dead donโ€™t trim it off. What inside that itโ€™s protecting might still be ok. Repot with that green aerial root OUT of the bark mix, water it good, drain it really good, then tuck it away for a week or two. These do great with little fuss and donโ€™t like to be bothered but repotting usually gives me a new leaf, root, and flower set.
I think it has a chance. It has new growth and a healthy root.

I wouldn't know what to tell you about cutting the bad part off. I wouldn't cut it off unless you know 100% that it's all bad... but that's me and I'm no expert. ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ
Thanks for your input! I appreciate it ๐Ÿ™‚
Do not NOT cut the stem or the droopy leaves.
Thanks! Iโ€™ve repotted in orchid bark. Gave it a good soaking for 15 min then drained it. Bark is hydrated but not soaking wet.
Omg Iโ€™m dealing with the same situation
