Aloe leaves turning brown

#AloeVera hi! I literally just got this plant after moving to Arizona. It was so green when I got it, I watered it the day I got it (3 days ago) and wasn’t gonna for another 3-4 weeks. I noticed the leaves turned brown and mushy. Mind you I barely watered it! What is happening😭

I was wondering if it’s just the side pups and if I could transplant to try and save the big one?

Aloes can get sunburnt and the leaves will turn redish brown. Move it to an area with bright, indirect light.
