I suspect you may have gotten away with 26 days before watering is because of no drainage. Peace Lilies like a moist soil but not water logged. I would change to having drainage and water more often. Peace Lilies are not good with tap water either. Distilled water or rain water works well. At least if tap water is being used, let it sit out for 24 hours to release the chlorination before watering. Hope this helps
Juan is correct. The leaves are turning brown due to overwatering. They like moist soil- but sitting in water will cause rot. Make sure the lily has a pot with drainage, and a good chunky soil to help drain water. I use gallon milk jugs, fill and let it sit for 24 hours to air out the Chlorine, Flouride and other junk.
My peace Lily it’s just turning yellow leaves. I don’t know what to do.
