Hi Blake!

If the rest of your beautiful plant doesn’t have this damage, I would personally prune it. That leaf is heavily damaged and probably isn’t absorbing the light efficiently anymore. Chopping her would redirect her energy to new leaves, instead of focusing energy on trying to maintain the damaged leaf.

You can use a pair of clean shears or scissors if you don’t have shears- cut approximately 2-3 inches above where the stem meets the soil. Let the remaining ‘nub’ dry and do its own thang.

If this damage is reoccurring or on multiple leaves, I would suggest an issue is occurring. Could be inconsistent watering, under watering, low humidity ect.
