@JuicyTinderconk Hi Mary! This isn’t Sweet Basil, it is an Arrowhead Plant, scientific name, Syngonium Podophyllum (I think that is the correct spelling) You need a pot that is a couple inches larger than the one you have, don’t go too much larger, or the plant will not appreciate it. I usually take a knife and go around the edge of the pot to make sure nothing is sticking to badly, then once you have some organic soil mixed with perlite in the pot filling about 1/4 of the way, turn the plant upside down and gently wiggle it until it comes free of the old pot. Take the plant, dirt and all and set it in the new pot and fill in around it with the new soil. Give it a drink a water and you are good to go! Good Luck!πŸͺ΄πŸŒΊπŸŒΈ
I know this post is over a week old, but I hope you haven't been consuming this plant?
@stephongreg no I have not eaten any of the plant. Thank you
