What's going on with my plant 🪴 #happyplants

Good morning everyone
There is something happening here and I need your help
A month ago I noticed my plant is not ok 😕 but I'm not sure about the reason why
Last week I fertilized the plant by using NPK fertilizer and nothing changed and I'm scared to lose my plant 🪴 can you help me please 🙏🏻 #help #newplantmom #yucca #happyplants

FYI I cut off the dried leaf 🍃 last week to help the plant but nothing changed 😕

Hi @YeveLeatherleaf how often are you watering? Have you checked for pests?

Yes I did and ther is pests I water once the top is dry
