New beauty, how should I take care of her?
#Crassula #crassulapellucida #plantsmakepeoplehappy #succulentlove hi I! I got gifted this beautiful crassula I believe, she has bloomed, and it looks like she may bloomed again, she was an outside plant, but I do want her indoors for overnight as it is getting colder, she came to me with many brown shriveled up leaves whichcim not sure is due to too much direct sun and intense heat, or maybe a watering issue? Should I place her back outside? I get some the same light direct on my window sill, what would be best? Any advice? Thanks!
5β pot with drainage

That I donβt believe is a crassula, that is a variegated baby sun rose (Aptenia cordifolia). They do love the sun! Mine lives outside in partial/direct sun for at least 6 hours but Iβll move her to partial sun if itβs too hot at the peak of the day. They donβt like to be overwatered or have damp soil for long. I donβt know what soil she is in but I recommend make sure it is fast draining soil, if the top soil isnβt drying by the 3rd day you watered Iβd also recommend putting her in a same sized terracotta pot(terracotta is faster at releasing moisture). Hope this helps helps π
Thank you so much omg!! It looks wayyy more like her, I wasn't fully convinced it was a crassula because of its shape and blooms! Her soil dryer out pretty fast after watering I remember, I'm not sure what soil she's in either, she did get sunburned very dry crispy leaves,i believe she was adapted to be a full time outdoors plant, I placed her under my growlight and she's been there for two days for 12 hours each day, is that too much? I noticed her blooms are opening the slightestttt bit more, I don't see any sunburn either, she's about 20 inches away and looking super pretty with my kalanchoe's, thanks again!
@wearenature itβs no problem at all βΊοΈ I honestly have no experience with grow lights, just know they love the sun to bloom & be compact looking.. if she looks happy keep up what youβre doing! Sheβs a cutie π₯° believe it or not the first pic is what I started with almost 2 years ago, this is her now hehe.
@wearenature Ohhhh what a gorgeous sight!! So happy for you π₯° have fun watching her grow & blossom, wait till you have multiple in one day !!
