Is my Monstera Albo going to grow a leaf anytime soon?

He just keeps putting out more of these little stem sections. There’s another one just starting to poke out of the tallest one. Am I doing something weong that prevents him from growing a leaf? Thank you!!

That's a new leaf, congratulations!🀍πŸͺ΄
Those should develop in to leaves
@Lunatik4 Yay! I’ve been waiting for so long, haha. Thank you!
@Michelle5986 Awesome, thank you!!
@bluebladeliger πŸ€—I know that feeling! Enjoy! πŸͺ΄πŸ’š
@Lunatik4 Yes, it takes so long for each little section to grow and still no leaf, haha. Thanks!! πŸ’š
Mine did that too! Two stems that grew out of each other and then the third time it did it it was a leaf.
@LauraLynne I have a tiny Thai in spagham moss. I will upsize the planter with more moss today. But eventually I want to transition to soil. Will you be doing the same? When is it time to upgrade to soil?
@Rockrlee I am not putting her in soil until she is completely root bound. She is actually in the mix she came in (which was a hodgepodge of leca, perlite, moss and bark with a layer of moss on top) plus I mixed in monstera soil. She seems really happy so I’m not upsizing her until I absolutely have to.
@Rockrlee better shot of the slotted container and mix
Yes, it’s a leaf stalk and leaf that is forming. Congratulations! 🌿
@AnthuriumQueen Oh that’s so cool. I didn’t know what they were called, thank you!!
@LauraLynne That looks really similar to mine. Maybe I finally close to getting a leaf. Thanks!!
@bluebladeliger the official term is petiole but leaf stalk is used as well. 😁
