Your peace lily actually looks healthy overall. Brown tips are very common and are usually caused by one or a combination of a few things:
β’ Water quality. Peace lilies can be sensitive to chlorine, fluoride, and mineral buildup, so if you're using tap water, try switching to rainwater, distilled water, or filtered water. I personally use rainwater and distilled water on my peace lily.
β’ Inconsistent watering. Keep the soil evenly moist, but don't let it stay soggy or bone dry.
β’ Low humidity. Dry indoor air can cause the leaf tips to brown, so increasing humidity can help.
β’ Fertilizer salts. If you fertilize regularly, flush the soil with clean water every couple of months to remove excess salt buildup.

probably low humidity. the tips of the leaf if the smallest part of the leaf, so it loses water the quickest because itβs so small, making it the first part to dry out. if you have it right next to an air vent, consider moving it away from the air vent, and if you are unable to move it to a different location for some reason (i donβt know why you wouldnβt be able to relocate itπ€¨) then consider investing in a humidifier and placing it next to the plant. if itβs not next to an air vent, then your home is just naturally dry, and in that case, i would also recommend investing in a humidifier.
