Your peace lily actually looks healthy overall. Brown tips are very common and are usually caused by one or a combination of a few things:
• Water quality. Peace lilies can be sensitive to chlorine, fluoride, and mineral buildup, so if you're using tap water, try switching to rainwater, distilled water, or filtered water. I personally use rainwater and distilled water on my peace lily.
• Inconsistent watering. Keep the soil evenly moist, but don't let it stay soggy or bone dry.
• Low humidity. Dry indoor air can cause the leaf tips to brown, so increasing humidity can help.
• Fertilizer salts. If you fertilize regularly, flush the soil with clean water every couple of months to remove excess salt buildup.
