You could, I have waited for echiveras and Haworthias to be much more root bound than that. Like with the roots coming out tbe bottom of the pot. Succulents can tolerate being pot bound for quite a while before its a problem.
If you do only go a pot size up at most two you dont want these in pots that are too big.
