Please help

Iโ€™ve tried sunlight, shade, and plenty of water but it just keeps wilting. The sunpatiens havenโ€™t responded to anything Iโ€™ve done. The gardenias and coleus on the other side are doing great. Iโ€™m not sure what Iโ€™m doing wrong! #Impatiens
Is it possible the stem broke?? Just a tip, if you want them to stay bushy pinch the new growth on coleus. Once they go to flower theyโ€™ll stop putting out leaves and then the plant might decide itโ€™s done. You could cut the top few sets of leaves and propagate them to fill where the wilted one is too
Also, the gardenias seem to be reaching for the light so maybe the wilted ones are getting as much sun as you think. Itโ€™s important to rotate the pot often.
@Jilliebeanstalk Thanks for the tip! Itโ€™s a container of coleus, gardenias, and sunpatiens. I moved the sunpatiens side into the shade because it seemed like they didnโ€™t like all the sun it was getting. Iโ€™ve tried moving it around to other spots to see how it does and it hasnโ€™t improved. So thatโ€™s why the gardenias are coming out like that. Iโ€™ve moved the plants back into the sun in hopes that I can save it but if not I might fill in with the coleus or buy something to fill in ๐Ÿ˜ž
Iโ€™m sorry about the condition of your plant. I ruled out watering issues because the other plant looks so healthy. It could be a heat issue, because the SE part of the country is having a heatwave.

You should quarantine this plant, just in case it has a soil-based fungal disease called โ€œVerticillium Wilt.โ€ (See image) This disease cause Impatients to wilt and their leaves turn yellow. Go to this website called: What Causes Impatiens to Wilt? 5 Reasons Unearthed! https://plantophiles.com/plant-care/what-causes-impatiens-to-wilt/

If you see brownish spots on the leaves and stems, then it may have โ€œDowny Mildew.โ€

The Greg Team are giving you good advice. I hope you will find an answer to this mystery, so your plant will have a speedy recovery
