Are you referring to the leaves in the photo on your plant card? If so, they look like they are brown and crispy which is usually a sign of lack of water. This can be a watering issue and/or a humidity issue.
These are actually a type of air plant so they get most of their water from the air, not the soil. Do you mist it or have it near a humidifier?
