If he's stressed you need to just leave him alone on a shelf untill he looks better then after he looks better you can check on his roots, health, and any other concerning things after like 5 days Goodluck he is so pretty

@ThoughtfulAlula is right. Anything else done could send it over board in shock and then itll keel over. When they are in shock they aren't worried about anything except being left alone to get out of the shock. So no water, give it light but nothing intense, make sure there is good air flow but don't dry it out and let it be. Whenever it is recovered you should put it in a pot with drainage holes though.
