Hi! New here .. how do I diagnose a plant .. I bought the...

Last watered 11 months ago
They are in shock and right now acclimating to their new home. They will perk back up when they recover. Just know when you plant them they will experience more shock. So it will take them time to settle in.

You have 2 choices allow them to settle in like they are get them stronger and then plants and possibly shock again.

Or

Just plant them now knowing it will extend their recovery time. But it's look bad once, and done. When they bounce back they won't need bothered again.

Either way works it's a personal choice and just the way it goes.
@StrappingMiro93 They look a tad crowded and overcrowded plants limit root development and growth. The plant might be better off in ground. 1. Choose the Right Time:
Transplant Mealycup Sage during the warmth of mid to late spring when temperatures begin to rise.
2. Select the Right Location:
Choose a sunny location with well-drained soil, as Mealycup Sage thrives in such conditions.
3. Prepare the Soil:
Dig a hole that is about twice the diameter of the plant's root ball and slightly deeper.
4. Gently Remove the Plant:
Gently loosen the root ball from the container without damaging the roots.
5. Place the Plant:
Place the plant in the prepared hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with the ground surface.
6. Backfill and Water:
Backfill the hole with soil, gently firming it around the base of the plant. Water thoroughly to help settle the soil and encourage root establishment.
Additional Tips:
Pruning: Prune Mealycup Sage in early spring to remove dead or damaged stems and promote healthy growth.
Regular Watering: Water regularly after transplanting for optimal establishment and growth.
Soil pH: Mealycup Sage prefers a soil pH between 6.0 and 7.0. Hope this helps, Happy Growing!!
