Yellow leaf with black spots?
I noticed that a leaf started yellowing on my ficus umbellata, but it doesn’t feel like it’s dying and the stem still seems pretty healthy. And then I noticed some black spots forming on the leaf. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on?

Could be a fungus. I would cut that leaf off and gently wash off the other leaf that touched it. Once it yellows like that the leaf is dying.
