Hello!
I’m sorry this is happening. Im wondering if there’s a pest issue just because of some of the photos! I’m thinking spider mites due to the appearance of the small black dots on the leaves as well as the way the damage looks. Keep an eye out for fine webbing, it’s hard to see unless you lift the plant up to some light. I recommend spraying the plant down with a neem spray & make sure you spray the tops and bottoms of the leaves of the whole plant.

Avoid spraying neem during sunlight hours as it can burn the leaves when the neem isn’t dried up yet.

You may have to treat with neem a few times before
They’re gone for good.

I hope this helps
@elisenavidad thank you will def try that. Especially since it’s right next to another plant
Yeah, I agree with @elisenavidad the black specs make me wonder about pests.

I always find it useful to use a damp paper towel and wipe all of the leaves. It helps you pick up and identify if there are any tiny critters lurking more easily. Or a lint roller works too. Might be tough with these smaller leaves though.
