Is a grow light to intense for a peace lily?

@SlickBetel58 Hi Janice! No, unless is is an intense 200 watt, that maybe too much but a regular light will be fine I believe. Has it really been over 20 days since it’s had water? Also, I would add soil to the pot, it doesn’t look like it has enough. I always fill my pots to about an inch from the very top so the plants have room to wiggle their toes! Good LuckπŸͺ΄πŸŒΊ
Mine is 2 metres from a window, so I have it under a grow light for 5 hours a day in winter (6 hours in warmer months). She's doing great, but she's about a metre (or a bit more) away from the bulb. In my experience peace lilies dislike being right on windowsills as the light is too strong, so perhaps yours is too close to the grow light. But I suspect it may also be lacking nutrients. Mine wouldn't grow its pretty flowers in the growing season until I gave her a good quality plant food I got from my local plant shop (not a commercial brand). I haven't been fertilising in the winter, to give her a rest. Also, peace lilies (and spider plants too) are especially sensitive to chemicals and minerals in water, so I only water my plants with distilled water.

Oh...I feel the same as @LegitimateMum14 does...
