Hey Debbie! What a nice neighbor you have π This actually looks like a Maiden's Blush. In the summer when weather is warm, their leaves stay all green. But in colder weather they develop the most beautiful flush of white and pink in the center. It ends up looking like a completely different plant! π It's really an interesting species, because unlike other plants whose coloring is tied to sunlight, this species' coloring is entirely dependent on temperature. Google probably gave an ID of Red Hill based solely on the coloring. In person, the two plants are very different. Red Hill is a member of the cerinthoides species, same as Nanouk. It has very thick, succulent-like leaves and stems, and leaf undersides are covered in a layer of soft fuzz.
