I get itchy just looking at her, but this was $10 well-spent last year on my first big cactus.
I pruned two ears to make more space, offered them to a Facebook seller who told me she was "on medication" and would get back to me that night, but eventually put them in their own pot.

Those paddles look so good—like perfectly symmetrical circles! Great work 👏 also, just noticed that it was last watered 7 months ago and is thriving… gives me new ideas for watering my succulents & cacti. Thanks @thenonnon!
@RainbowFairy Don't hold me to that watering schedule. I actually use another app to keep track of water.
@FragrantChards I hate that. You've done everything right, and some other variables decides it's time to be a jerk. I put my pot with two pads outside in a "they can handle it," but it was 4 Fahrenheit yesterday
