My basil is turning yellow and loosing leaves, this may be because it is flowering all over, does this mean it’s the end of its life? Or can I save my basil?

I'm not sure if you can still save it but you should cut off flowered basil shoots first to use for cooking, etc. Might be worth a shot, just cut anout 3 nodes down from the flowers.
