Xanthosoma angel wings drooping, what to do?

I have this #XanthosomaAngelWings that I repoted a few days ago and just randomly all the leafs started to droop I don’t really know what to do its gotten watered and it’s in bright light. Does anyone know what else I should try!!! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #Xanthosoma #angelwings#
0ft to light, direct
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 years ago
Hey @JocundMostii it seems like it’s transfer shock due to repotting. As the roots are disturbed, they can’t carry out their regular activities such as absorption of water and nutrients. This causes the leaves to droop. There is a possibility that You may also see some yellowing and may lose some leaves. That’s said, Once the roots settle into the new substrate your plant will recover just fine.

In the mean time just give it good light, water and some humidity and it should bounce back pretty quick.

Hope this helps, happy growing!
Mine is doing this too after a re pot.
@Plantoholic thank you!! I have put it on my front porch where it’s warm and humid. I figured it would be better than my house were it is cooler so I’m hoping it will bounce back soon!!!!!
@KDkat3 yea I just got it along with other plants and a couple days after repotting it just started droopy drastically. I also only had it in my house a couple days before repotting so that my fault. 😩
@JocundMostii mine dropped after repotting and she will droop when she gets too dry.
