Need advice for Charlotte's browning leaves

Charlottes not doing too good not sure exactly what it is she needs more or less of. I’ve had her a little over two weeks so maybe she’s trying to adapt to her environment. I gave her a grow light since I do not have her getting much sunlight in this corner. So far I have about 4 leaves transitioning to the afterlife & two that have already fallen. However in the photo you will see I have one small leaf at the very bottom that is surviving the disaster of the ones above it. Any suggestions? #RubberTree #needadvice #NotSoHappyPlants #browningleaves #PlantAddict
Hmmmm, are you letting it dry out before watering? Mine dropped some leaves when I first brought it home. If it’s been in wet soil you may need to take it out and look at the roots. If they are mushy or black they are rotting. Chop those off, I soak in a mix of water and hydrogen peroxide to help kill bacteria and give more oxygen to the roots. Then you can repot with some cinnamon mixed in the soil. It will help prevent fungus. They also like like sunlight. Mines in a south window. The grow light will definitely help
Oh also trim the dark spots with clean scissors. I remove the entire leaf if it’s 50% “bad”
I think I have overwatered an I went out of town for a few days an realized my grow light didn’t come on as scheduled so I believe that was some factors
