Hi everyone!

I learned something about rubber plants I just had to share! πŸ˜‡

Everytime I water my rubber plants I now give them a shower, and they push out new leaves non stop. Where they grow in their native country they really have growth spells during the wet season/rainy season. Therefore you can see before how far apart the nodes are and how much time it took to push out leaves compared to now since I started showering her every week!

PS: my two rubber trees live in a grow tent with a fan on at all times, because of this I water them every week as the dry out quicker I don’t recommend this watering regiment for rubber trees in general my set up is specific!

Don’t be shy, give her a good shower just make sure to dry her leaves before putting her back in the sun of grow light, if you plant is to big to bring to the shower get a spray bottle with a adjustable flow :)

She gave me a new leaf last week and another one is already on the way! Hope this can help someone out there ahah! 🀍πŸ₯²

Thanks for this tip! I’ll give mine a shower to see if she’ll like it!!
@PrettyPlantMom another new leaf since her last shower , I hope it works for you as well , keep in mind might need a few showers to wake it up if it’s in its dormant state πŸ˜‡ best of luck!
