@Pegster @Sassylimey Thank you β£οΈ
@Sassylimey β₯ Thank you! π Now that I have gotten fairly decent at keeping my succulents alive and healthy I am challenging myself by making pretty (& plant-friendly) arrangements... I started off pretty easy with all the same genus of plant, but will mix up some types with similar needs for my next one! π
@AguaViviente Thanks so much! I really hope they like the inside spot by my south facing window. I don't want to put them out on my deck where I won't get to see them as often! Lol π
π
@roxyvivien I've got some haworthia and want to get some more to add to the bowl I have it in, I'm going to just stick with the same type of plant for now. May get ambitious like you later on π
@Sassylimey Oooh! Haworthia is on my list to repot & newly arrange in September π Pretty sure my star Cactus is dormant right now but when she's about to start growing again I'll repot - I decided I want to put her in a textures white clay planter with a Zebra plant and some verigated String of buttons - I know the string of buttons need more sun but I figure since they grow taller they can shade the smaller slow growing Haworthia if I put them on the side closer to my window π
@Sassylimey I made a design in Canva to see how they would look together... It's not my exact pot I had in mind it gives me a good idea for designing π
@roxyvivien that's beautiful, you're very creative with your plant design/display π₯°
@roxyvivien I know what you mean, all mine are at a south facing window and they are roasting and toasting π€‘π«£
@AguaViviente My outdoor west facing deck is even more toasty! π₯ South or West are my only two options, sadly. Some succulents I find just like the breezey outdoors better but can't take the heat. π₯΅
@Sassylimey Thank you πβ£οΈ If you want me to make you a quick mock-up of any of your arrangement ideas let me know - it's really easy for me to drag and drop new plants in different pots π
