She arrived with cold damage even tho there was a heat pak enclosed, it was inside the outer pot that accompanied rhe plant, nowhere near the live plant where it was needed & couldve done some good!. I saved my Coco ;Monstera) from near death from the same so i will allow ger to recover on her own, simply watering & watching w/out touching her at all. Coco made a srunning recovery as i plan on same for Pinkie so i shall watch & post her recovery & progress during this fragile time. I just feel horrible that she needed to go thru it at all!!! I have a planr veing held for me (paid for) but wont allow her shipembt until she doesn't need to suffer as Coco & Pinkie have!!! My advice is this: if u live in a. Seasonal climate; do NOT order any plant shipped during inclimate weather. Idc if they claim cold protection (which we pay for) isnt as important to the shipper as to the receiver!!! Lets stop stressing and killing these poor plants who only live to please us and brighten our home and hearts!!!!. Ill keep u all updated!! 🫶 For Pinkie!!!
